Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our website at afterhoursplumbingco.com or engaging any of our services. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By visiting our website, requesting a quote, booking an appointment, or otherwise engaging with Afterhours Plumbing & Drainage Services, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference.
2. Services
Afterhours Plumbing & Drainage Services, LLC provides residential and commercial plumbing repairs, drainage services, and related issue-based fixes throughout Colorado. We do not perform full remodels. All service estimates are based on information available at the time and are subject to change if additional work is required upon inspection.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any person or location at our sole discretion, including situations where safe jobsite access cannot be provided. Where required by applicable law, our company will obtain the necessary permits for the work performed.
3. Service Fees
The following fees apply to all service requests:
- Standard Service Call / Inspection Fee: A minimum fee of $189 applies to all service calls and inspections. This fee is non-refundable and is not waived under any circumstances, including if no repair is performed.
- After Hours Fee – Residential: An additional fee of $199 applies to residential service calls scheduled outside of standard business hours.
- After Hours Fee – Commercial: An additional fee of $299 applies to commercial service calls scheduled outside of standard business hours.
- Emergency Dispatch / Show-Up Fee: A $125 emergency dispatch fee applies to all emergency service requests.
All fees will be disclosed to you prior to dispatch or scheduling confirmation. By confirming an appointment, you agree to the applicable fees.
4. Estimates and Pricing
Pricing varies depending on the nature and scope of the job. All estimates are provided in good faith based on information available at the time of assessment. Final charges may vary if unforeseen conditions are discovered during the service.
Any work beyond the original estimate will be communicated to you before proceeding. Your verbal or written authorization to proceed constitutes agreement to the additional charges.
5. Deposits
For larger projects, a deposit may be required prior to commencement of work. Deposit amounts vary depending on the size, scope, and complexity of the job.
Deposits may range from 20% to 50% of the total quoted amount, with 50% commonly required for larger or oversized projects. The exact deposit requirement will be communicated at the time of estimate and must be received before scheduling or material procurement.
Afterhours Plumbing & Drainage Services, LLC reserves the right to determine deposit requirements at its sole discretion based on project scope and risk.
6. Payments and Billing
- Accepted Payment Methods: We accept all major credit cards, Venmo, Zelle, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and ACH bank transfer.
- Credit Card Processing Fee: A 3% processing fee applies to all payments made by credit card.
- Payment Due: Payment is due at the time of service completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Late Invoices: Invoices are considered past due after 7 days from the date of issue. A late fee of 10% may be applied to past-due balances at our discretion.
- Collections: Invoices remaining unpaid after 30 days may be referred to a third-party collections agency. You will be responsible for any additional costs incurred in the collection of unpaid balances, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, as permitted by Colorado law.
- Financing: We do not offer financing at this time.
7. Cancellation and No-Show Policy
- Cancellation Notice Required: A minimum of 2 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment without penalty.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 2 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation or service call fee.
- No-Show Fee: If our technician arrives at the scheduled location and is unable to gain access or is turned away without prior notice, a $30 no-show fee will be charged.
- Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests made with at least 2 hours notice will be accommodated based on availability.

8. Warranties and Guarantees
Workmanship Warranty
Afterhours Plumbing & Drainage Services, LLC provides a One (1) Year Labor Warranty on workmanship for both residential and commercial services, unless otherwise stated in writing. This warranty covers defects directly resulting from our workmanship only.
Sewer Line Work Warranty
Sewer line services include a Five (5) Year Labor-Only Workmanship Warranty. This warranty applies strictly to the labor performed by Afterhours Plumbing & Drainage Services, LLC and does not extend to external conditions, product defects, misuse, or third-party interference.
Warranty Limitations
This warranty:
- Covers labor workmanship only
- Does not extend to manufacturer product warranties
- Does not cover unrelated system failures
- Does not cover damage caused by external factors
Warranty Void Conditions
Warranty coverage is void if:
- Any third party modifies, alters, repairs, or interferes with the original work performed
- Unauthorized alterations are made after completion
Normal use or customer misuse alone does not automatically void the labor warranty; however, damage unrelated to original workmanship is not covered.
All warranty claims must be submitted directly to Afterhours Plumbing & Drainage Services, LLC at 24hrsplumbingdrain@gmail.com with your name, service date, and a description of the issue.
9. Goodwill Adjustments and Refunds
Refunds, credits, or service adjustments may be granted at the sole discretion of Afterhours Plumbing & Drainage Services, LLC. No refund or credit is guaranteed unless provided in writing. The standard service call and inspection fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.
10. Informational DIY Phone Support
Afterhours Plumbing & Drainage Services, LLC may offer general informational phone guidance for minor to medium DIY plumbing situations at no cost or at a custom-quoted rate depending on time and complexity.
This guidance is provided strictly for informational purposes only. Customers assume full responsibility for any actions taken based on such advice. The Company shall not be liable for:
- Improper installation
- Property damage
- Personal injury
- Secondary damage
- Failed DIY attempts
Phone guidance does not constitute a formal service agreement, licensed inspection, or professional installation.
11. Text Messaging Program
Program Name: Afterhours Plumbing & Drainage Services, LLC Text Messaging Program
Program Description: By providing your phone number and engaging with our services, you consent to receive text messages (SMS). Messages may include appointment reminders, service updates, job status notifications, invoices, payment confirmations, promotional offers, and customer support communications. This program is operated through Jobber. Conversations with our AI answering service may be reviewed by our team for quality and accuracy.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your service activity and marketing preferences. You may receive multiple messages per service job, plus periodic promotional messages if opted in.
Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Please check with your mobile carrier for details.
Customer Support: Reply HELP to any message or contact us at 24hrsplumbingdrain@gmail.com.
Opt-Out Instructions: To stop receiving text messages at any time, reply STOP to any message we send you. You will be unsubscribed immediately and will receive no further messages.
We do not share your mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
12. Jobsite Requirements
You agree to ensure that our technicians have safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time. A responsible adult (18 years or older) must be present during the service. We reserve the right to refuse or halt work if jobsite conditions are deemed unsafe.
We document our work with before and after photos for quality assurance. These photos may be retained in your service record.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Colorado law, Afterhours Plumbing & Drainage Services, LLC shall not be liable for:
- Consequential damages
- Incidental damages
- Loss of income or business interruption
- Mold, secondary water damage, or environmental claims beyond the direct scope of workmanship
Liability for workmanship claims is limited to correction of the labor performed. Nothing herein limits our liability where prohibited by Colorado law.
14. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us at 24hrsplumbingdrain@gmail.com. If informal resolution is unsuccessful, the parties agree that disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable Colorado law, rather than in court, except where prohibited by law.
15. Intellectual Property
All content on our website is the property of Afterhours Plumbing & Drainage Services, LLC and may not be reproduced or distributed without our express written permission.
16. User Conduct
You agree not to provide false or fraudulent information, use our website for unlawful purposes, disrupt our systems, or engage in abusive or threatening conduct toward our staff or technicians.
17. Third-Party Links and Services
Our website and communications may reference third-party services including Jobber, payment processors, and booking platforms. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
18. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Afterhours Plumbing & Drainage Services, LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of our services or breach of these Terms.
19. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
20. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
